He holds the prestigious NABCEP certification, which is widely recognized as the gold standard in the solar industry. This certification demonstrates Anthoney's deep understanding of solar energy systems and his commitment to providing the highest quality service to our customers.

In addition to his NABCEP certification, Anthoney is also a certified Limited Renewable Technician (LRT) in the State of Oregon. This certification further highlights his knowledge and skills in the Oregon solar field, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service in accordance with state regulations.

As Elemental Energy's first employee, Anthoney has been with us since 2013, and his contributions have been invaluable. His leadership and technical expertise have helped shape our service department into the efficient and customer-focused team it is today. Anthoney's dedication to quality, expertise, and customer service perfectly aligns with Elemental Energy's core values.

But that's not all – Anthoney is also dedicated to staying informed about the latest advancements in solar technology. He regularly attends some of the nation's top solar conferences to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that Elemental Energy remains at the forefront of the solar energy sector and can provide our customers with the most up-to-date solutions.

One of the most rewarding experiences for Anthoney has been his work with the nonprofit Twende Solar. He has helped with all of their local projects and even traveled to Peru, where he hiked equipment in by hand and donkey to install a solar system in a remote village. Anthoney also had the opportunity to train Ethiopian technicians in Portland, enabling them to install a solar system that recently powered up a new school in their home country.

For Anthoney, one of the most fulfilling aspects of his work is helping clients whose original installers are no longer in business or unable to provide support. He takes pride in coming to the rescue by getting these systems back up and running, educating clients, and providing the best possible support experience. This exemplifies Elemental Energy's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and our belief in building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
